You can see the window with your bookmarks by clicking the "View Bookmarks" button. The window with your bookmarks will be opened and you will see all of them. Registry Explorer will keep your favorite keys here and you can easily open every one of them.

If you want to open an existing bookmark just click the right button on it and then choose "Open" from the context menu.
The bookmarks can be renamed. On that way you can create your own folders. You may want to use the "drag&drop" functionality to make your own groups of bookmarks. This is easy way to customize them.
